Top 7 Secrets for a healthy vagina and mistakes to avoid..

Today, we did be talking about Vaginal  health and our focus is on "panties"(underwears), popularly worn by females.

I  will make other artitles about vagina health but in this article  we will talk about one of the secrets which has to do with feminine  undergarments and what it says about them.

You might be interested in what I am about to reveal  to you. A lot of females out there feel ignorant about  the choice  of undergarment.

Without doubt, choice of  panties affect female health and the way the vagina is being treated.

What are panties?
Panties are pieces of clothing materials often worn by females to cover up their vaginas. There are different types of Panties and a lot feminine preferences. Not to fret,I did mention few types of Panties.
  

We have got --"thongs/Vstrings,cheekies, Brazilian Panties, bikinis, itsy,briefs,the shine strap,hip huggers,garters, shape wear. ..".

Research has proven that Panties tells the mood of the female. I  have listed at most '8'

1.Briefs--traditional comfort.
2.Boyshorts--flirty fun.
3.Thongs/Gstrings--Alpha female.
4.Cotton Panties --free spirited.
5.Granny panties--Quirky&cool.
6.Hip huggers--proper.
7.Commando--problem solvers.

As females,we should understand that our health and fitness is of paramount importance.It even gets down to how you take care of Panties which helps to cover our vagina.

Would it surprise you if I told you that a lot of men are familiar with female undergarments  and when they go out shopping for their "wife,sisters,or any feminine relations",they always look out for the best. Which is totally beautiful and thoughtful of them.

Well,not all Panties is ideal for you to wear.

... If  by any chance you  get yours from thrift stores,do well to disinfect thoroughly. but if yours isn't still rinse thoroughly to kill germs.

Study reveals that 100% cotton Panties remains the best set of Panties.
Here's why; Cotton'Panties gives breathing  space to the vulva,it absorbs moisture and prevents gathering of moisture which leads to "yeast infections".They are also comfortable.

 '7' MISTAKES TO AVOID AND  HOW TO TAKE PROPER CARE FOR YOUR VAGINA.

1.STOP WEARING TIGHT PANTIES .
Wearing tight Panties comes with a lot of  discomfort,as a result of friction of the skin,there's this pain lines and irritation you see.Tight Panties promotes chapping of the skin .

2.AVOID WEARING PANTIES TO BED.
Take for instance, our tongues is always moist;same as our vaginas.
It's best to let your vaginas breathe when you go to bed at night! if you feel uncomfortable sleeping without Panties, I  advice you to wear cotton briefs or pajamas.

3.DISPOSAL OF  PANTIES, AT MOST  YEARLY .
Same way we treat our tooth brushes,we should do same to our worn out Panties.
Categorically, there are people who dispose their toothbrushes every 3 months or 6 months,some do so yearly.
When you see that panty looking washed,loosing quality,do well to dispose that baby.

4. PANTY SHAPERS /CORSETS CAN BE HARMFUL.
Ladies wearing corsets/panty shapers  risks themselves to intrications beyond their looks/appearance.
Most females ,who use this underwear tends to  wear more than they should which could be harmful to the sensitive areas of their skins.

Also, avoid wearing thongs often.


5.DONT WEAR PANTIES FOR LONG.

What I mean by this is; Panties absorb a lot of moisture and since our thighs are closed ,our vaginas tend to be warm/moist and this bacterias survive in moist environments.
 
  Some ladies tends to get a lot of moisture down there and resort to using panty liners.Panty liners can be uncomfortable. So if you feel a lot of moisture a lot down there ,I did advice that you change panties twice a day.

6.use non hypoallergenic  detergents /soap to wash your panties .
Hypoallergenic means "relatively less likely to cause allergic reactions". Since we wear these panties without protection,it's best to use soaps that are less likely to cause allergic reactions:by changing the colour or destroying the material.

7.use warm water to wash your vulva and it is okay to use mild soap with a cloth to wash your vagina.

*Avoid douching*,stay hydrated, cut out tight panties,don't spray  perfumes on your vagina.

As we are also using  the right panties and measures  to protect our vaginas, here are some foods to eat to maintain a healthy  vagina. 

1.Pineapple 
2.Canberry juice
3.Garlic
4.Sweet potatoes 
5.Yoghurt
6.Pumpkin seeds.
7.fruits rich in fibre.
8.water.
9.apples
10.soy.

In summary;the vulva is very sensitive and a  delicate  area . similar  to the lips of course,you did want to treat it gently.
Also,asides cotton panties, materials like spandex don't allow your vulva breathe.Instead,they trap heat and  MOISTURE. 

Maintain a healthy diet,avoid douching & often use of thongs,wear cotton panties, clean your vagina after urinating likewise wash your vagina before and after sexual intercourse.most importantly stay hydrated.
