Why You Need to Eat These 8 Important Foods for A Healthy Vagina

 In the  previous article,we looked at  mistakes to avoid and important ways to protect the vagina.

Ladies should avoid wearing tight panties,staying hydrated, wear 100% cotton  panties, Eat the right food and fruits.....etc....

Today we will discuss important  foods for a healthy and clean vagina.
Number "2" is very important. 

1.Garlic
Garlic is a herb grown around the world and used  as a remedy for heart and body system.
....It  Contains Compounds With medicinal Properties.It is also used as an ingredient  in preparing variety of food delicacies .

Garlic combats sicknesses like common Cold, sore throat, chest pains and cough...
Garlic Is rich in nutritional compounds  that can reduce blood pressure and improve  cholestrol levels thereby lowering the risk of heart diseases.  

Aside it's vaginal properties, garlic can used to loose weight by chewing at least 2 gloves every morning on an empty stomach --if you are an ulcer patient  don't chew raw ;rather put the cloves into a bottle of water, let it rest for a while then you can drink it.

Garlic should be taken  in moderation. 
Do not  put garlic up in your vagina overnight because sticking foreign things or foods in the vagina is proven to be harmful.
 Rather ;you chew it daily like I  said and wash your vagina with warm water.

2.pineapple 
pineapple is a wonderful food eaten to maintain a fertile vagina.it contains fibre and antioxidants that helps to combat vaginal and skin diseases 
Pineapple  will leave your vagina fruity scented and reduces dryness.

Benefits of pineapple :
   Pineapple is loaded with Antioxidants, it has fibre Enzymes that eases digestions,boosts your immune system, fights against diseases, reduces the risk of ovarian  cancer, Suppress inflammations.
  Pineapple  is recommended to be eaten after strenuous exercise -it reduces pain.

3.Almonds
Almonds and other types of nuts are very good and healthy.They contain healthy fats,magnesium vitamins and calcium.

This nut is best taken in morning on an empty  stomach to absorb traces of toxin.The vitamins and nutrients contained in almonds prevents "vaginitis". They can also reduce hunger,reduce cholesterol and promote weight loss.

4. Yoghurt 
 Yoghurt  is a healthy food rich in Important Nutrients...
It's High in Protein.protein and other properties in yoghurt helps to fight diseases like dermatitis, asthma and food allergies.

Yoghurt is best taken in the  morning  on an empty stomach.Research  shows that the lactobacillus in yogurt prevents the production of candida and vaginitis in the vagina. 
Other benefits of yogurt are: it helps in digestion,strong immune system, weight management and healthy heart.

Note:it is advised to mix yoghurt  with honey as hone year has antimicrobial  properties  which helps to  enhance the effects of yoghurt.

5.pumpkin  seed 
 pumpkin seeds are rich in  of Valuable Nutrients,Magnesium and fibre and zinc.

Asides vaginal benefits,  it reduces cancers, improves heart,prostrate and bladder  health.
It helps in regulating menstrual  flow, combats vaginal dryness and itching.

Also the seeds helps to reduce sugar level owing to its power packed nutrients. 

6.sweet potato 
Sweet potatoes are a great source of fiber, vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. ...
This is a very highly nutritioust food.
This food even helps individuals loose or gain weight.It gives females a tonew and rounder button if included  regularly  in diet.

Potatoes have other benefits asides vaginal health benefit :it pomotes gut health, contains cancer fighting properties, healthy vision,Intelligence, strengthening the  immune system.

Studies shows that the vitamin A  nutrients contributes to healthy vaginal and uterine walls and helps produce the hormones we need to stay vibrant and energized.

7.Soy milk
It's a good source of potassium and can be fortified with vitamins A, B-12, and D, as well as calcium.It containsblow saturated fat.

Studies show that soy milk as much protein as cow's milk, yet is lower in calories than whole milk and about equal to the calories in 1 percent or 2 percent milk.
Also, it contain plant-based substances called isoflavones. These substances have an effect on the body that is similar to estrogen, but weaker. Therefore, it seems that a diet rich in soy foods may improve symptoms of vaginal dryness.

8.canberry juice.
Cranberry juice is rich in nutritional  properties which are great for improving your vaginal health.
