Dieting without exercise is just like you reading a good book without understanding what the book is all about.
What is exercise?
Exercise is a physical activity carried out by an individual (s) intended to improve strength and physical fitness.
"Remember your body is a temple and you should cherish building and maintaining it".
"BDNF" is a protein that helps with memory, concentration, adaptation, learning. ..This is why you feel so sharp, refreshed and focused during and after exercises or workouts.
"You mIght be wondering why you don't see any effect of the workouts you do or have done before "
Here's a few reasons why.......
1.it might be you aren't doing the right exercise.
You should understand that there are different exercises for different body target. For instance, you do squats for your glutes and you do push ups to target and build your abs.
You neither do pushups to build your glutes nor squats to build your abs. So ,do the right exercise so you did see maximum benefit and results.
2.you do one paticular exercise for a long period of time ;your body gets accustomed to it .
Take for an example:"if the only exercise you do everyweek is just jogging, your body gets accustomed to it.but if you try jogging on Mondays; skip ropes on Tuesday; take a break on Wednesday; indulge in High intensity resistance training with short intervals on Thursday ..you will certainly see a change.
Important note:do not push your body off its limits when doing workouts so as to prevent torn muscles and injuries.
If all you do is work, work, work, your body and brain accumulates stress toxins which would lead to overall system breakdown; likewise your muscles if you indulge in a lot of exercise without breaks and a healthy diet routine.

What is "stretching "?
Stretching is an activity that helps prepare your body for the excercise it's about to get. Before you stretch,it is important to warm up first.
There is a confusion on when to stretch; before or after workouts?
Well,at the beginning of excercises, research has shown that stretching the muscles before they are actually warmed up can actually hurt them.
"Time duration" for your warmups should be 5-10 minutes or more depending on how long you excercise.
Therefore, before you start stretching, start first with warmups to increase the temperature of your body and muscles so they did be ready for excercise and prevent risk of injuries .It makes the tissue more flexible too.
Remember to stretch after your workouts too.
